Name/Canon: ray palmer / arrow (cw)
Origin: earth, starling city, 2014ish

Cliffs Notes: ray is the founder/ceo of his gadget corp palmertech, and is pretty much an excitable golden retriver in human form. he's got sharp business acumen, great people skills, and has a tendency to lob himself face first into sticky situations -- hence how he's already died once, now.
Daily: stats - a RED, he's in room 1101 with adam parrish and ronan lynch. he's a p respectful roommate, quiet and tidy and all that. he's v scheduled and doesn't often deviate: AM brief, breakfast, off to work a shift in plc: equipment assembly control and again for lunch/shift. he disappears for awhile before dinner, then bunks down with his gas mask to wait to creep back out after the sleep aid puffs out. then he's off to find a quiet place to tinker and explore again.
Opinions: basically this. he's pretty sure he's a bad luck charm, and is starting to worry for the people who hang around him. he briefly thought he was a native who'd worked up from INFRARED because he's missing memories, but no one but barry has unlocked that gem just yet.
Pings: HE IS SUPER CREEPY CHEERY please feel free to notice and gossip amongst yourselves. he also has a reputation among at least the specials -- suspected as a traitor up until a few DCs ago when he died. feel free to keep suspecting him. he will talk to anyone about anything, and sometimes oversteps his bounds in the effort to keep ppl from drawing the Computer's attention (you're a little untidy, maybe make a better show of taking happitime HEY CREEPY BLONDE DON'T SPITBALL CAPTAIN AMERICA PLZ) and he's very tall and very noticeable if nothing else he can be a bit of a klutz so i'm open to having him just bowl into your character if necessary
Seeking: he def needs to talk out his memories issues with someone -- i think it would be easier for him to do it with a stranger (you know how sometimes that just happens?) so that would be great. he should probably also get some combat lessons, but he's not the kind to ask about it cause he's kind of pacifisty so idk that it would go anywhere but an argument could be had that we could build cr off of maybe
Offering: he is available to follow your cranky character around being incessantly cheery, he's got a ton of patience for teaching / discussing complex stuff and he's super emotionally open/solid if they just need someone's shoulder to cry on
Plot: he is currently working on: finding a batcave with barry and dick, rebuilding his nanotech to try to fix barry's speed issue, building various tech behind the scenes to help level the playing field re: resources independent of alpha that the specials can rely on
Goals: i really want to explore some of the setting a little more -- the amusement park esp, and development-wise i'd like ray to get to a solid place of authority (either just socially or rank-wise) and discover that sometimes no matter how positive and stalwart you are things just go sideways
No thanks: i'm open to anything -- throw it at me ICly or OOCly and i'll run with it if i can. there's not much i'm not willing to explore

I am going to need more debates about which of the Ghostbusters was the best Ghostbuster when Tony and Barry return from hiatus. Also, now that Ray and Tony have finally met there will need to be a meeting of minds. Why do I feel like they have a love/hate relationship when it comes to agreeing and disagreeing about the best way to do things? Rich guys.

OH! And I have some terrible ideas to run by you about the success of the nanotech which I will plurk you about tomorrow so I don't get ahead of myself here. But basically, all the science-y things. Hardison is still wary, but at least doesn't think you're a traitor. Much. Anymore. Though you have to admit you've got some bad luck sticking to you, Ray.
