Daycycle 8: Special Considerations

I have all the Daycycles mapped out well in advance and have had the events for Daycycle 8 planned for plot purposes. However, considering recent world events, I understand that it could be considered in bad taste. I honestly want to treat these topics and triggers with as much sensitivity and respect as they deserve. I have labeled the Day with triggers and closed it to members only. The debriefing is meant to let characters chime in on where they were at or how they were affected by the events but is not mandatory for anyone who doesn't want to deal with these triggers.
I am happy to change the plot and the events for this day if it makes any of our members uncomfortable. Please let me know here if you feel that we should take further action, or shift plots to maintain our integrity. You can also PM the mod journal or pp thealphacomplex on Plurk.

ETA: (12/2/15) The majority of players have indicated that they are okay with going ahead with this plot. Please feel free not to participate if you are not comfortable and please let me know if you have any issues with future plots.
