Daycycle 124 Plotting Post

This is an OOC Plot Post where players can discuss plot for Daycycle 124 with one another, all in one, organized place. Not all players have accounts or like trying to keep up with plotting on Plurk, so we thought we would offer up a second option for plotting which won't be in danger of being archived where we can't see them later.

If you'd like to plot here, top comment with your character's name and canon in the subject line and in the content of your comment section, feel free to discuss what kinds of plot you're looking for this daycycle.

We understand that Plurk is more prominent when it comes to OOC plotting, but again, not everyone has it. That said, if you'd like for your top comment to be Plurked out and you don't have Plurk or don't wish to Plurk it out yourself for whatever reason, please contact Jen and she'll be happy to Plurk it out for you.

Hey -- sooooo for no reason at all like getting a Captain America salute, can people comment here if:

1. Your character protects someone else from getting hurt during this Commissary brawl; AND
2. You are okay with Steve seeing that happen.

I'm trying to build up as many reasons as possible for Steve to trust people more and more, because of an all-specials meeting he's going to want to call soon. And yeah. Trust.

HELP STEVE TRUST YOU. If you want. You know, no pressure.

Edit: Oh also please tell me who you were protecting. Doesn't have to be another PC. Could be an innocent Alpha bystander who got caught up in the brawl.

I am okay with this. I know Emma is getting protected by Oliver but she would protect anyone she could in the process. She has also been feeding Dick while Steve couldn't.

Awesome. I'll just assume Steve sees Emma protecting an innocent bystander.

As for feeding Dick ... have you checked that out with Shini? I ask b/c the starter I'm about to tag into makes it seem like no one has been giving Dick food.

Yay! I did talk to Shini. Emma gave Dick food here and she would have given him more. Maybe not everyday but she would have made sure he was okay.

Absolutely. He won't be there from the start, but as soon as he can get there from the IntSec offices, he'll be there.

Edit: Also, he'll be protecting everyone and anyone, including Emma. And he'll stay until the thing's over. You get to see just how good in a fight Ollie really is.

Clint's gonna be guarding Morgana and rescuing Katniss, and then working with Jack after that. But he'll back Steve up over (almost) anything, and Steve knows it.

Yeah, when it comes to Clint ... I'm not sure Steve could trust him more than he already does. Like. Seriously. Such trust.

Also Clint's gonna be heavily demonstrating the idea of improvised weapons, so that might be a thing Steve'll look for. Use your opponents as battering rams, people!

You're welcome to see Cisco (Alcide) and Lydia (Adam) at work. Derek isn't being very protective (nbd he's hiding behind Gracie shut up don't judge him; she's got a gun and he left his in his room like a chump) and I haven't figured out what I wanna do with Zatanna, but you're welcome to have Steve see anything any of mine do if you want :)

God he's going to be so impressed with Lydia. But this will go a long way for him trusting Cisco, which will be fantastic. And I'll be sure to lurk around for what Zatanna is doing.

Things planned for Jack so far, and Steve is welcome to see any and all of it:

1. Rushing attackers to keep them away from innocent bystanders.
   
2. Bringing a knife food tray to a gun pipe fight, and winning.
   
3. Getting between Prim and a pipe and then physically carrying her from the room.
   
4. Setting Prim up in the hallway as a first aid station and encouraging others to bring any injured people to her.
   
5. Going back to back with Oliver as an ass kicking machine.
   
6. Having pretty much no sense of self preservation if it means he stops someone else from being hurt.
   
7. Being one hell of a brawler in general.
   


I will give you links as it all happens, and let you know if anything else pops up. Obviously he doesn't need to notice it all. Just giving you choices.

He technically tried to tell people to gtfo of the Commissary as he rushed in, if that counts for helping people. >> As for the rest, Steve will see it since they'll be kicking ass together. ;)

Allison
She's going to be trying to distract as many of the attackers so that innocent bystanders can run away. She'll be using the pipe that she got from one of the masked people, and will be using it like a baton. Don't judge her when she whacks people with it ok. And she and Buffy will be badass ladies and fighting back to back, so there's that, too. If there's more, I'll come back and add it!

And yes, Steve is welcome to see any/all of it if you want. <3
