Cisco's on his way back to his room after the dissection of the Guardbot with Holtz. He likes her, he's for sure keeping her. He did take one of the legs off the thing, though, because he means to take it back to his room and see if he can't take it apart to find out how the things move. The problem is that Holtz took the thing down, so it was only right to let her take the "good" parts. The metal is strong, that much he's figured out just holding the thing. It's heavy, so that's a plus, just in case there's another Guardbot that needs to be taken down. With a sturdy leg cannibalized off one of its brethren, Cisco figures he can at least knock it off its feet for a while and robots are just robots. Even with their AI, they are only programmed for so much. He's confident knocking it off its feet will disorient it at least enough to buy the time to clear the area.
He stops dead a few yards past the elevator when he hears a familiar voice. "Caitlin?" he asks quietly, more to himself than to the person. But then she continues and he hears Barry. Cisco whirls around with the robot leg in his hand. "Caitlin?!"
It's not a secret that the technology in this place is going banana sandwich right now. The Bouncy Bubbly whateverthecrap machine in the cafeteria is throwing bottles at people, the Guardbots are going crazy; he nearly got hit by a car. Indoors. The idea that the elevators are in on it is not a far cry.
"Stay right there," he says quickly, holding his free hand up, because if she even moves a little, the elevator could go nuts again and from the sound of her voice and the way she looks right now, curled in the far corner of the box, he has a feeling she's seen some shit. Cisco's doing a quick sweep of the situation, looking over the door and listening to the hum of the electricity running it. "What's it doing? The elevator? You look freaked out, what's going on?"
