"First full day indeed." Nick confirms with a nod, and that easy-going smile still written all over his face. He can't help but notice that Felicity isn't like most women that he's met....at least in her way of handling his flirting style. Plus, there's her quirk with delivery and gesturing that he can't help but find amusing.

He's, honestly, still finding it all a little hard to believe...with every fiber of his being trying to tell him that what he's been introduced to is wrong. Of course, the logical part of his brain isn't sure which side to support, but there are a lot of good reasons for him to feel doubtful, in general. There are plenty reasons to lie about this, and Nick's more than a little bit aware of that.

At the same time, though, this place was quite obviously a dictatorship. So, the consequences of disagreeing and questioning....well....they didn't seem like a good thing to incur and stir up right out of the gate. "I had the full orientation with the tv and everything." Nick grinned, charmingly, as he made the same gesture that she had, referring to the television, not mocking her so much as...amusedly.

"Guess that means we're both new to all of this, then. Couldn't be in better company."
